First of all, I have been behind in updating my own blog and am hoping to catch up with other fellow bloggers in the days to come so please be patient with me. Back in January, I was contacted by Vanessa and introduced to a cool website "Smashion" to do a quick interview. I had no clue what Smashion was and I was thrilled to be introduced to a new community/marketplace where bloggers can buy and sell their items. She contacted me just in time because I was thinking about starting my blog sale this year after my trip to Bangkok and Smashion appears to be a potential spot. I have yet to set up a store but will soon do so as soon as I can get my stuff together, mostly brand new items for petite ladies who search good quality, chic and unique cloths made in Thailand at affordable price and like my style - stay tuned :). If you are interested, my interview with Smashion was posted on 2/9/11.

Back to my shopping spree in Bangkok - big big thanks to my husband who patiently followed, waited and carried my shopping bags around town and to my parents who watched our little one while mommy and daddy could have a little getaway. In the past, I would go out and shop the day after I got off the plane and my parents would not see me until 9 or 10 pm every night. However, things have changed whether I liked it or not. The reality of motherhood hit me for the 100th time yelling and pounding in my head that I could not just take off and leave. Parents do NOT have a vacation, literally! We spent the first four days dealing with my little one's adjustment to a new environment and jet lag. It was stressful and tough on everyone but the strom finally past, and I was able to go out and shop like a shophocolic!! I just couldn't believe how fast I spent money and how frugal I used to be. I was like I was a new person lol.
My husband raised his eyebrows every time I pick up "more" shoes at the shops. I think I am better as far as buying what I will actually wear. In the past I bought several pair of shoes that went unworn up to these days. I picked up several flats and just a "few" high heels. These black and white lace with bows are my most favorite pair. Aren't they sexy? The only thing I wish they did differently was those gold hooks, would be nice if they were in black.

Nice to "see" you hunnie....love the shoes....and a shopping spree any day is fine with me, lol...kudos to your hubby:)
