This post is especially dedicated to cat lovers and alike. If you remember from my older post,we rescued this adorable hairball on April 9th when she was about 3 weeks old and we bottle fed her for a good while. Now she is about 2 months old and more active/curious than ever. Our feet have become her main target of attack...ouch!!!! We still have not settled on her name but right now we go by what our little girl calls her "Baby Kitty". As you may be able to guess by the name. The kitty has also become a baby doll to my daughter. She would wrap a kitty with a blanket as if she swaddles her baby , puts a kitty in a crib and sings to her.
We are quite amazed that our other two cats accept a new addition quite well. They kind of still have a love/hate relationship towards her because they will slap (more like tabbing) gently or hiss at her if she is tting to be too annoying but overall it has been a breeze. We think it could be a complete oposite if it was a full grown cat. I may get to watch a real cat fight everyday.
I think you know I'm a cat lover right? I absolutely adore how you manage to capture her innocent expression. I can imagine how playful kittens are and it's cute that they swipe at each other in a curious love-hate manner. It's great that your cats are receptive towards her and your daughter is so sweet to Baby Kitty.

So sweet! She seems to have adapted well to family living. It's cute how playful kittens can be.

ReplyDeleteAwwwww......so adorable. Kittens are cute but boy, can they be hard work. I guess that's nothing compared to dogs.
ReplyDeleteOMG sooo cute! I always considered myself a dog person but we got a pixie bob cat in November and now it's also kitties that pull at my heart!
