Awww how cute "Nelah Kardashian"!! Nelah you look gorgeous with the makeup! Those photos came out so beautifully, they really look like professional shots! I would definitely NOT call your face boring and plain though ~ you are lucky to be the type who has a pretty face without any makeup!
You look so beautiful, not that you don't usually but I think this look works well on you! I love smokey eyes (not that I can do one effectively but I appreciate it even more).
Thank you ladies. I made a few attempts on the smokey eyes look in the past but failed miserably. I ended up looking like a mad panda! I guess it turned out alright this time.
I usually don't wear a lot of makeup if you look at my previous posts but it is fun and frustrating trying to get it right at the same time.
You are beautiful, Nelah! I especially like the first picture. I have been trying to play with my hair and determine where I should do the split. Haven't find the style I like so far.
In response to your comment on my most recent post: I know exactly what you mean. My parents are from China, and they have told me many stories of the poor living in rural areas. And from news stories I have learned some things about the poor in other developing countries as well. From what I understand, the cultural structures of the U.S. is very different. In here, a very poor family still have to pay rent for housing, whereas in some Asian countries, land is plentiful in rural areas; hence anyone can basically have a shelter. The U.S.'s welfare system is definitely not on the most left spectrum compare to what many European countries are doing. If you look at the statistics of the U.S. and other rich countries, the U.S. is VERY behind on child welfare reforms and programs for the poor. There's always going to be inequality in the world; what politicians, advocates, researchers, educators and many others can change is the quality of life in both rich and poor countries.
Your smokey eye is very pretty. Thank you for visiting my blog at The Girlie Blog (http://thegirlieblog.blogspot.com). I like your blog too. Am a new follower now.
Nice hair-do. I've always preferred messy hair to the up-do. I think it looks natural and sexy :p And yes your make-up does remind me of the Kardashian. You look gorgeous dear. Have a wonderful day!
