Zebra at the beach & Forever21 Haul~*

Zebra and the beach? Something is not right, they just don't sound right ever. I was totally not dressed for the beach because our intention was to have dinner in that area.

Since our little girl had yet to experience walking on the sand and playing in sea water, I thought might as well take her there to kill time before our reservation. We were there for 20 minutes, it was the fun filled 20 miutes and I was so glad we took her there.

At first she made a funny face when I let her walk on sandy beach with bare feel, it must feel strange to her. She was a bit hesistant to get into the water at first but boy once she got in she never wanted to leave!! I couldn't wait to bring her back again so she could play for as long as she likes..and of course in her cute little swimming suit.

Dinner time...yum...yum...yum. What to eat at the beach? Seafood, of course. This restaurant has been here for 100 years! That's right 100 years and their grilled shrimps are to die for!!!

After dinner, we thought we should treat our little princess (and our bellies) with some sweet treat!! Ben & Jerry Ice Cream...Yay!!

I was a total shopaholic this weekend, I admit. After 2 months of shopping break, I resumed my bad habit and shopped both in-store and online at Forever21. My goodness, has anyone been there recently to check out their fall stuff?!?! It is a must go because I could tell you that I went there twice (sat and sun), on top of that I did oder more online. I'll go into detail as to why I had to go there twice in my next post. Be prepared for my outfit post attack this week!

  5. Yay for family time! Your hubby managed to spend common time with you and your daughter. This must be rather hard to come by with your clashing schedules right?

There's always the first time and I'm glad your daughter love the beach. I remember the first time my godkids played with sand. Charmaine when she was about 1 or 2 was also so hesitant to walk on the sand. It felt soft and weird to her I suppose. Such fond memories. They 2 of them soon love the beach so much that both mommy and godma had to find cleaner beach alternative in Singapore. I would love for my own kids to explore the beach when they're very young too and I hope they don't have aquaphobia like me.
