Can you guess what I like about this particular top? Sleeves!!
I had never been a fan of Express until my recent visit. Their latest collection resembles me of Bebe for some reason. I was thining about going back and purchase a few more items since they offer 15% off the next purchase (too bad it's for in store only). I know it is a trap to get me back there and spend more but I will pretend that I don't know hehe.
One major complain that I would like to make is why in the world you make the top so ridiculously long. Average women/girls do not have the height of basketball players. Who would have a torso that long, please tell me. I would look funny wearing this top untucked. It is almost a tube dress, seriously!

ReplyDeleteWhat a nice color! I love how you pair it with a pencil skirt. I am a fan of Express too only if their sizes are smaller. I can barely fit in XXS. I like how you wear this top with different bottoms. Make me want to go to the store and check it out :)
ReplyDeleteReally REALLY cute top. I love sleeves like these...any chance we'll get to see a picture of exactly how long these tops are? You've piqued my interest. The color is so beautiful and I can see this top getting a lot of attention in the fall.

ReplyDeleteIt's a gorgeous color on you and the sleeves are so great! I especially love it with the pink skirt. Pink and red are so much fun together because it's been such a taboo combination for a while.
It might be a fun shirt to wear untucked with skinny jeans!

Modernistic sleeves! I really like the black skirt with it as well as the lacy skirt. I totally understand the gripe on the way too long tops. It is as if merchandisers don't want to pay extra money in getting to gauge correct sizes. I mean geeeze the xs top length shouldn't be as long as the xl top length!

I used to like Express A LOT more as well... their new items lately remind me of Forever 21, but with higher $$$.

Great top, Nelah! I like the detailing of the sleeves. I think you could sign up in store or online, but they offer coupons straight to ur inbox or snail mail:) Sometimes they have offers for $15 off a $30 purchase?!! Anyway, ur Express posts makes me want to shop (window shop hehe) there now!:)
