Obviously, sickness is not going to stop a blog addict like me forever. This is when forgotten photos from a camera come into play when you are too sick to pose and have pictures taken.

I wore this outfit to work last week. Just can't deny that a pencil skirt (of course with a slit for walking/sitting convenience) is one of the greatest fashion inventions ever in my opinion. It is sophisticated, sexy and mature. It flattens certain body types, makes women look powerful, yet brings out that feminism/sex appeal in you.




This pic has nothing to do with my outfit above but I just can't wait for the weather to get cooler to where I can wear a tweed jacket and a glamorous (faux) fur jacket again. That fur jacket only got worn once or twice each year.

Last but not least, I want to do a quick shout out for one of my long lost bloggy friends. I have noticed that some of you found a nice little friendship network via bloggers whom I list or leave comments on my little blog. That is awesome, keep expanding that friendship ring :)

Collette of "StatementsinFashion.net" has recently returned to the blogsphere. I knew Collette since my early days of blogging. We became closer when I did a small blog makeover for her. Even though I wanted to pinch her for wanting changes after changes, I totally heart this lady up to these days. I knew I was not up for a challenge of launching a blog design business at that time. I was glad we did a test :)

She has such unique, bold and awesome sense of style, and her fave store is Forever21. If you wanna know the meaning behind that dragonfly on her blog, read it :) As a person, she is gorgeous, silly and beyond cool. I sure missed seeing her blog in the last few months. So excited this sexy cougar back on da blog!!!!!!
